If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you've ordered, we will issue a credit, refund or equal exchange. Contact our Customer Service department within seven (7) days to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns may be subject to shipping and restocking fees. No returns are allowed on special order or custom merchandise.
We are committed to making sure that your order gets to you in perfect condition. All orders are inspected for damage when they are packed, and are in good condition when they leave our distribution center.
